Event description

DSB Explorers is a free program dedicated to connecting families and supporting youth in various learning environments. We will spend time getting to know each other and discuss topics about increasing your child's independence at home and developing activities to help your child thrive.
Parents will:
- Connect with other parents and build a statewide community,
- Have opportunities to share about your kids and family.
- Learn about a variety of topics that interest you.
- Discuss the parenting challenges raising youth who are Blind, Deaf-Blind or Low Vision.
- Gain a better understanding about resources that are available around the state.
This event is open to all parents and guardians of children aged 13 and under who are registered for the DSB Explorers program.
Join us on the first Tuesday of each month for all this and more! Registered parents will be given a secure Zoom link.
