Arrival Instructions

Upon arrival, please enter the Hilton Hotel through the double automatic doors located at 301 W 6th Street. Walk straight ahead — the check-in desks will be on your left and elevators to your right.

At the desk, let them know you are checking in for the Stronger Together conference.

The conference registration area will be located at the end of the check-in desk, immediately to your right next to the bell hop desk.

Hotel Room Assignments

DSB Pre-ETS staff will be reaching out to you directly with details about your hotel room assignments.

Hotel Charges

No charges can be made to your hotel room. Any personal or incidental expenses must be paid directly to the hotel at checkout.

Hotel Pool and Hot Tub Policy

The hotel has a pool and hot tub available for guest use. However, per hotel policy, all youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool or hot tub area. Please note that DSB staff are not able to provide supervision in these areas at any time during the weekend.

Bulk Amenities

In your guest room, bulk amenities are arranged in the following order from left to right: Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.

Please also note that regular coffee is placed on top of decaf.

Guide Dog Relief Area

A designated guide dog relief area is available across the street in the park. Signs and directions will be provided on-site to help you find it easily.

Hospitality Room

A designated calm space will be available for attendees who do not have a hotel room and need a place to relax.

Important: Youth attendees must be accompanied by an adult when using the hospitality room.

If you need help accessing the room, please contact a DSB staff member or a conference leader.

Orientation and Mobility Support

O&M services will be available to help you navigate the hotel layout, find your way to sessions, and locate the guide dog relief area. Assistance will be available at registration and throughout the conference.

Dietary Needs

We worked closely with hotel staff to plan meals. However, the hotel can only accommodate the following dietary restrictions:

  • Vegetarian
  • Non-dairy
  • Nut-free
  • No pork

If your dietary needs fall outside of these accommodations, please visit the hotel front desk or concierge for assistance finding nearby dining options.

Transportation (Students/Families Only)

If you are a student or attending with family, DSB staff will contact you separately to coordinate transportation arrangements.
