Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor 4 (In-Training)

As a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor 4 (VRC4), in this in-training position, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role is essential in determining and delivering rehabilitation services, that promote independence and successful employment outcomes of visually impaired and blind adults. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services across several counties, with a primary focus on the Spokane area, including Pend Oreille, Okanogan, Stevens, Ferry, Douglas, and parts of Grant counties.
Your expertise in counseling will be critical in addressing the specialized rehabilitation needs of Blind, Low Vision, and/or Deaf Blind individuals. Additionally, you will play a vital role in training other professional staff, both locally and at the statewide level, as the need arises, contributing to the ongoing success of our mission to promote independence and stable employment for individuals with visual impairments.
