Not all jobs are 9 to 5, office careers. Artists, musicians, and other creatives are a vibrant segment of the economy.

In this workshop, hosted by a Board Certified Music Therapist, participants will learn about Music Therapy, while practicing musical and developmental skills. Music Therapy is clinically and research-based, and uses music therapeutically within the relationship between clients and a qualified therapist to improve mood, increase mobility, increase communication, speed healing, and elevate quality of life for people of all ages.

During our workshop, we will focus on string instruments and participants will make their own shakers to take home.
