Youth interested in learning about career choices and how to achieve them through university study are invited to join DSB instructors on a tour of the University of Washington Campus.


Open to all Youth ages 12-19

Part 1: University-Level Sports Medicine

We’ll begin with a tour of the award winning sports medicine clinic located at Husky Stadium. There, students will get to ask questions about the careers associated with the medical side of sports.

After the clinic tour, youth will get a guided tour of the beautiful UW campus and learn more about campus life and courses offered at the university. Lunch will be provided on campus.

Students dropped off at the stadium must be picked up at the stadium.

Part 2: Professional Sports Medicine

One week after the University Level tours, we’ll continue learning about sports medicine at CenturyLink Field! Youth – plus one adult of their choice – will have a guided tour of the stadium. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the stadium without crowds and to learn about all the different jobs centered in and around the stadium, including therapy rooms for athletes and sports medicine physicians and staff. Attendees must attend the Part 1 - University Level workshop to attend the Professional Sports Medicine program. Lunch will not be provided during the visit to CenturyLink Field.

DSB is unable to provide transportation to the CenturyLink Field. Parents interested in using public transit can park at the DSB Seattle office and take light rail to/from the Columbia City Station. Please schedule your trip to arrive at Stadium by 10:30 a.m.
