YS Celebrate with Cooking

A young girl licks a large spoon covered in batter. A boy with his own batter covered spoon, stands next to her. There is a bowl with the remains of batter stuck to the sides is on the table in front of them.Come make and enjoy celebration-ready treats with DSB!

The end of the year is full of wonderful opportunities for friends and family to cook and enjoy food together.

Join us and learn to make and bake sweet treats to add to your family’s year-end celebrations. Students will practice everything involved in the art of baking including stirring, measuring, scooping,  and oven safety.

When students are not in the kitchen, they will have time to socialize and to play a variety of accessible games.
