CRP Summit - Vancouver

Event description

We are expanding, revamping, and even renaming the Preferred Providers Training. It is now the DSB CRP Summit – it’s been expanded to two full days, and it's happening across the state.

What to Expect

Our goal is to team better with CRPs. We want to provide CRPs with access to the tools and information you need to succeed in supporting and placing individuals with visual disabilities in competitive, integrated employment. Summit sessions will cover:

• Job Placement: Training in how to engage businesses to help get your customers the careers they want.
• Blindness Skills: Learning about the assistive technology and blindness skills our customers use at home and in the workplace.
• Contract Support: Guiding you through the processes of documentation and invoicing.

Special Session

If you are a new CRP interested in contracting with DSB, we will have a special session to go over how to sign up.  You can attend this session as a standalone or as a part of the larger summit. 

Event Logistics

• The Vancouver CRP Summit is Tuesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 16. Participants are expected to attend both days to receive the maximum benefits.
• Lunch is not provided.
